1.What is the currency for the prices?

All prices are in US Dollars.

2.Can I pay cash on delivery?

No, we don’t accept COD (cash on delivery) yet. Shipping will be arranged after the payment is completed. However, we offer a 30days money back for any purchases.

3.Can I pay in another currency other than US dollars?

We only support US dollars for purchases. If you are unable to pay via US dollars, please email us at contact@do-smarter.com for any assistance.

4.How secure is the way I make the purchase from you? Will my data be protected?

Yes, your data will always be protected.

It will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. Any third party cannot read the encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details. Credit card payments will be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

5.When will I receive my refund if my order is canceled?

We will refund your order immediately once your cancellation has been accepted and processed. Refund will be sent back to the original method used when you place the order.

However, the time you receive the refund may differ depending on your payment method.

For PayPal returns, it may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 1 week for your account to be credited.
