1.Does DoSmarter offer free shipping?

We free ship worldwide for all orders over $40 with an express shipping service in most conditions. However, if your delivery is defined to be in an ODA area (out-of-delivery-area) or a remote area, the carrier may hold your shipping, asking for additional charges and the transit time could be longer. We will contact you as soon as possible if it happens.

2.When will my order be shipped?

Shipment will be processed within 48 hours. You will be informed via email after your order is shipped.

3.How do I know my order has been shipped or not?
